Previous experience:

Worked for a leading firm of Accountants in Blackburn for seven years. During this time, I gained my AAT certification up to Level 4.

Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Company experience: I made the decision to move to JKSL in July 2012 as I was looking for a different challenge and soon realised I would gain this in the industry sector. Although I have been brought in to carry out more of the accountant’s duties in-house, I am currently learning the business mechanics which will give the understanding required to carry out my role successfully.

Favourite part of your job: So far the favourite part of my job is the knowledge and experience which I am currently gaining from my new role.

Least favourite part of your job: Give me a chance – I’ve only just got here!

Interests away from work: I look forward to when my airborne warrior comes home at the weekend. Socialising with friends and family. Getting merry and dancing the night away! I also enjoy walking and working out in the gym.

If I could be anywhere right now I'd be: My own private Island in the Caribbean (it is my ambition to get there one day!)
